Prime Health operates the technology platform. It presents enrollment, collects the membership payment, and supports the recurring service. It is not itself a medical provider and should not be treated as the author of a prescription decision. The program is cash-pay and does not accept insurance. The sealed public capture did not show a number for the membership. Buyers see the amount inside enrollment, and it renews every 28 days. The Professional Entity: The Legal Clinical Channel
Medical documents may identify a professional entity such as JMP Medical or OpenLoop Health. That entity is separate from Prime Health. Do not assume every applicant sees the same organization; read the consent and state-specific documents presented to you. The professional entity’s appearance in paperwork does not mean Prime Health made the clinical decision.

The Clinician: The Person Who Must Say Yes or No
An independently licensed prescribing clinician reviews the health information. That clinician decides whether you are eligible, whether any prescription should be written, which medication and formulation to use, and what dose is appropriate. The conclusion may be “no treatment,” “more information needed,” or a plan different from the one an applicant expected.
Prime Health markets a review and prescribing estimate of 24 hours when approved. That timeframe belongs to Prime Health’s advertising and is not guaranteed. It can be affected by incomplete records, clinician availability, state rules, or the need for another assessment. A fast answer is helpful only when the information reviewed is complete.
The Pharmacy: The Final Fulfillment Gate
A dispensing pharmacy is another separate party. Prime Health says prescribed compounded GLP-1 medications are sourced through U.S. pharmacies and describes delivery five to seven days after payment. The pharmacy must still accept and process the prescription. Its workload, stock, clarification needs, and shipping conditions may change the result or timing.
Neither the platform nor the pharmacy can turn an unapproved compounded drug into an FDA-approved medicine. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA approved, and FDA has not evaluated them for safety, quality, or efficacy. They are not generics and must not be represented as equivalent to an FDA-approved brand. Trial outcomes from approved branded drugs cannot be carried over to the specific compounded preparation dispensed through this service.

To stop future membership charges, Prime Health directs members to cancel by email. Access continues for the paid billing period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, and the fee for a month will not be refunded once that month’s prescription enters pharmacy fulfillment.
The first-four-month offer is a separate, conditional route. Prime Health says a new customer with less than 10% loss after 16 weeks must satisfy reporting rules, complete 16 weekly doses directed by the clinician, and have no other weight-loss medication prescribed during the prior 12 months. Timely evidence must be a doctor’s attestation or a coded scale video. The company reviews the request, and an approved payment is limited to the first four membership fees. It is not an unconditional guarantee.

This service may suit an adult who wants a convenient online intake, accepts cash payment and continuing contact, and understands a clinician may decline treatment. It is not for someone seeking emergency care, insurance billing, a guaranteed brand or formulation, certain delivery, or automatic reimbursement. Anyone with MTC/MEN2 risk, pregnancy considerations, complex disease, or multiple medicines needs direct individualized review and may not qualify.
